CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the costs involved in organizing our retreats and honoring our commitments to the community we work with in order to provide our ceremonies, SPJ needs at least 8 weeks notice prior to the beginning of the retreat in order to give a refund.
For any cancellations within that 8 week period, the remaining balance of the retreat will be debited to the card on file.
No refund is offered for last-minute or discounted registrations.

If you qualify for any type of refund, you will be charged 10% of your remaining balance.
